Ordering Leads

 

EFES has a variety of leads with access at your fingertips.

A Leads - Fresh, Direct Mail Leads.  

Direct mail leads are mailed specifically for an agent in his area.  These leads are never resold.

Excess A Leads - Fresh, Direct mail leads

These leads were mailed specifically for an agent to work in a particular area.  These leads have never been worked by an agent or sold to another agent.

Bonus Leads

Bonus leads have been assigned to an agent in the past, however, a policy was never sold to the client.  Cost is determined by the age of the lead.

Lead Credits:

There are times that you purchase a lead and may need a lead credit.  EFES has a policy on lead credits.  Lead credits will be issued on A Leads purchased from EFES.  Credits will be issued for the following:

  • Address is a P O Box with no phone number provided
  • Client is over 85.  If there are 2 people listed on the card, both people must be over 85 in order to receive a lead credit
  • Duplicate lead - If you have received a fresh, direct mail lead from the same person/address within the previous 90 days a lead credit will be issued.
  • Client died written on card or remove from mailing list.

Requesting a lead credit:

If you are requesting a lead credit and the lead meets the above criteria please email Barbara Thompson ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) with the lead details.  You will need to provide the following information:

  • Name (the exact name after the words Dear ___)
  • The Date you received the lead
  • Reason for lead credit request
