ERIC BRENNANPresident and CEO, The Equita Group
Eric joined The Equita Group in 2003 as a field insurance agent. After two short years with the company, Eric launched the final expense division of the company, now known as Equita Final Expense Services. In 2013, Eric assumed the position as President and CEO of The Equita Group, with the ultimate responsibility for the overall operations of the company.

Today, Eric leads the Equita team with the continued focus of providing insurance professionals with the support they need to reach their career goals.

CHASE URICHVice President of Sales and Marketing, EFES
In 2007, Chase joined the EFES family as a Marketing Recruiter. He began his career by building a competent array of insurance specialists that help grow EFES into one of the premier final expense marketing operations in the country. In 2013, Chase assumed responsibility for all of EFES Marketing and Sales. He strives daily to maintain a personal relationship with his producers in an effort to make them as successful as possible.
TONY MICHELETTIChief Operating Officer
Tony brings extensive insurance industry experience to The Equita Group including knowledge in areas related to customer service, new business, billing and collections, agent compensation, licensing, contracting and claims.

As Chief Operating Officer, Tony is also an integral part of the day-to-day operations of The Equita Group and assists the President and CEO, Eric Brennan, with the management and overall operations of the company.

AUSTIN GIBBSNational Sales Manager
Austin ensures that all EFES agents are taken care of and have the tools they need to succeed in the final expense industry. He is available to answer questions, address concerns and ensure that our agents spend their time helping their clients.
ERICA MERCERMarketing Coordinator
As the Marketing Coordinator, Erica is responsible for communication with all EFES agents regarding important announcements, training conference calls, special contests and more. She also manages the EFES social media presence and EFES website with the goal of providing informative and motivational information that aids in the success of EFES agents.
BARBARA THOMPSONLead & Territory Manager/Debt Management
Barbara joined the Equita team in 2003 and quickly became an essential part of the corporate family. Today, Barbara strives to ensure an expedient and hassle-free experience for all new agents joining the EFES family.

She is also the ‘go to’ person regarding EFES leads and is the expert when it comes to all things concerning lead coordination, agent territories, lead tracking and lead inventories.

NICKI HIESLERLicensing and Contracting Manager
Nicki began her career at The Equita Group in 2001 with the goal of a long term career with a successful organization. In 2013, Nicki accepted her current position as Licensing and Contracting Manager. In this capacity, Nicki ensures that all EFES agents move through the licensing and contracting process in an efficent and timely manner.
TAMMY JOHNSONNew Business Manager
As the New Business Manager, Tammy ensures that all applications submitted to the carriers are input correctly and as expediently as possible. Tammy and her team are also available to answer questions regarding pending applications and providing support to all EFES agents.
